About The Position

This role offers compensation tied to performance, with a bonus model that allows hygienists to share in the profits generated by their care. The practice emphasizes great perio care, strong patient education, and productivity, with uncapped earning potential for productive hygienists. Optional assisted hygiene is available for increased efficiency and earnings. The office is periodontist-owned with a perio-first clinical philosophy, featuring modern technology and strong doctor-hygienist collaboration.

• Massachusetts-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
