About The Position

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – $68–$70/hr | Flexible Part-Time | New Grads Welcome | Seattle, WA. Bright Now! Dental Supported by Smile Brands is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join their Seattle team on a part-time basis. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and a team that values clinical expertise. New graduates are welcome to apply. The position offers approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Requirements

• Current Washington Registered Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional clinical care

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Conduct periodontal assessments and treatment planning
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
• Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate, high-quality service
