Requirements

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the State of California
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Passion for preventive care and patient advocacy
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
  • Delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care with a patient-first approach
  • Conducting assessments, screenings, charting, and diagnostics to support comprehensive treatment planning
  • Educating patients on oral health, home care, and the connection between oral and overall wellness
  • Building long-term relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and improved health outcomes
  • Collaborating with dentists and clinical team members to provide personalized, comprehensive care
  • Utilizing modern technology and evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes
  • Creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with clinical and safety standards
