About The Position
Dental One Associates of Bel Air is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Abingdon, Maryland to join their clinical team. The role involves providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment, focusing on comprehensive, personalized care, patient comfort, and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. The Dental Hygienist will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education, supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals in a friendly, growth-oriented workplace.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
