Perform comprehensive patient assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments. Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and lifelong wellness. Partner with dentists to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes. Create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment-free experience for every patient. Adapt seamlessly to different office environments while contributing positively to each team you support. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay current on the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.

Requirements

Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain one before your start date).
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a variety of practice settings.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative team player who enjoys meeting new people and making a difference wherever they're needed.
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
