In addition to a premier base rate of $50 – $52/hr , you are eligible for two separate monthly bonus tiers : a dedicated Hygiene production bonus and an office-wide Team Performance bonus. Requirements

Valid Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
Soft-Tissue Laser Certification is required (or a strong commitment to finalizing certification prior to start).
Strong understanding of periodontal staging, therapeutic codes, and modern hygiene workflows.
Comfortable using digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and modern dental practice management software.

Nice To Haves

Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, patient-first preventive care, including detailed oral prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
Utilize Soft-Tissue Laser Certification to administer advanced periodontal therapy protocols safely and effectively.
Execute precise digital x-rays, intraoral photos, and comprehensive periodontal charting to identify early markers of decay and systemic gum disease.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, systemic health connections, and custom home-care routines with a warm, empathetic approach.
Collaborate effectively with our front office and dental assistants to ensure seamless patient tracking and perfect schedule flow.
