We’re seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to advanced periodontal care while building meaningful relationships with patients and collaborating with a skilled and supportive team. Our practices are equipped with 5 operatories in Pittsfield and 3 operatories in Great Barrington, designed to provide personalized care in a comfortable setting. From advanced periodontal procedures to dental implant services, we are dedicated to creating custom treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
Active MA state dental hygiene license
CPR certification
1+ year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
Certification in anesthesia and proficiency in scaling and root planing (SRP) are a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for hygiene procedures with warmth and professionalism
Perform scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments to support optimal periodontal health
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Conduct head, neck, and oral cancer exams
Identify periodontal needs and collaborate with the dentist to provide exceptional care
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
