Requirements

  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Arizona.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to multitask and thrive in a structured, fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Elite interpersonal skills to elevate the patient experience and build long-term community relationships.
  • Familiarity with modern dental software systems and digital X-ray processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier preventive care while maintaining an efficient schedule flow in our state-of-the-art operatory setup.
  • Perform high-quality prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and digital radiographs.
  • Warmly welcome patients, update health histories, obtain accurate blood pressure readings, ensure consent forms are completed, and have trays perfectly prepared prior to procedures.
  • Maintain highly efficient schedule timelines to maximize the patient experience, coordinating smoothly with doctors to ensure clinical exams are completed before the end of each appointment.
  • Support patients in understanding their needed treatment plans, communicating any plan updates to management, and ensuring all patients leave with their next hygiene or restorative visit securely scheduled.
  • Complete and finalize clean, comprehensive clinical notes in the ledger within 30 minutes of your last patient.
  • Utilize administrative gaps productively for recall phone calls, instrument maintenance, and patient follow-ups.
  • Maintain spotless operatory setups, restock water lines and materials, track hygiene supply needs monthly, and collaborate with teammates to prepare trays for a seamless kickoff the next morning.
