Requirements

  • Are a licensed dental hygienist (or about to be!) who cares about doing quality work and treating patients like people — not numbers.
  • Enjoy educating patients and practicing at the top of your scope, with the time and support to do it well.
  • Are a new grad or experienced hygienist — we’re happy to support you either way.
  • Have (or are willing to obtain) a current CPR certification and take patient safety seriously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough, patient-centered care you can be proud of — from preventive treatments to thoughtful assessments, using up-to-date tools and techniques.
  • Build real connections with patients by educating them in a supportive, non-judgmental way that actually helps them improve their oral health.
  • Work closely with doctors and fellow hygienists to co-diagnose and create treatment plans that make sense for each patient — your input matters here.
  • Create a calm, welcoming space where patients feel comfortable, heard, and respected.
  • Stay hands-on with modern technology and instruments that make your work easier and your care better — with support to keep learning as things evolve.
