About The Position

Kingman Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled, compassionate Laser-Certified Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their clinical team. This is a part-time position, initially scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays, with the potential to expand to a third day as patient demand grows. The practice emphasizes a patient-centered culture, prioritizing quality care and patient relationships over production quotas. They utilize advanced dental technology, including diode lasers, digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and CT-cone beam imaging. Requirements

Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Required).
Laser Certification / Soft-Tissue Diode Laser Certification (Required).
Proficient in soft-tissue laser therapy, periodontal evaluations, scaling and root planing, and digital radiography.
High reliability, warm chairside manner, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Open to experienced RDHs or skilled newly licensed hygienists with active laser credentials.

Responsibilities

Perform soft-tissue laser decontamination and non-surgical periodontal therapy utilizing laser technology.
Conduct thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, clinical exams, oral cancer screenings, and diagnostic imaging.
Educate patients on home care routines, disease prevention, and treatment recommendations in a gentle, reassuring manner.
Maintain accurate electronic patient records, charting, and periodontal scoring.
Partner closely with doctors and the assistant team to ensure smooth daily schedule flow and excellent patient experiences.
