About The Position

Suwanee Creek Dentistry is hiring an experienced Full Time Dental Hygienist in Suwanee, Georgia. This is an opportunity to join a community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals at a small practice with great hours. The role offers a patient-centered approach and a mission to provide quality care. The schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Thursday from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm. New Hygienist graduates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
Experience with dental practice software
Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred - but new grads are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
Reviewing patient's history and charting
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Support the dentist with procedures as needed
