About The Position
Sunrise Family Dental is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their growing team in San Antonio, TX. Requirements
- Active Texas Hygienist license
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills (Spanish-speaking patients are common, but not required as current team members assist with communication)
Responsibilities
- Screening patients during check-ups
- Reviewing patient's history
- Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Documents area of existing restorations
- Use of X-ray
- Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
- Conduct screenings
- Assist patients with oral hygiene
