About The Position
South Anchorage Dental Center (SADC) is a premier, top-rated, multi-specialty dental practice in Anchorage, operating out of a modern 10-operatory facility. We offer a wide range of services from preventative family care to complex dental implants, IV/oral conscious sedation, and same-day restorative crowns, resulting in a robust patient flow. Requirements
- Active Alaska Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or in immediate progress of transferring).
- A high-energy, positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and thrive inside a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
Nice To Haves
- Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide monitoring certifications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-based preventative care and periodontal therapy, embodying Dr. Brimhall's "Treat every patient like family" philosophy.
- Act as an empathetic guide for anxious or fearful patients, taking the time to educate them seamlessly on quality-of-life oral care.
- Optimize column productivity and schedule density while maintaining a gentle, five-star clinical standard.
- Work collaboratively with the administrative crew to ensure clinical notes and insurance documentation are clean and efficient.
