About The Position
Southport practice is seeking a kind and dedicated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team! At Dentologie's Southport office, we provide expert, state-of-the-art dental care in a comfortable setting with relaxing music or your favorite TV show, making your visit stress-free and convenient. Requirements
- Active IL Registered Dental Hygiene license + Local Anesthesia certified.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform.
- Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
- Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
- Contribute positively to an engaging company culture.
- Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
- Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
- Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations and planned treatment.
