DCA is seeking a knowledgeable, motivational, and proactive Dental Hygiene Coach to join our team in our Pennsylvania and Delaware Region supporting the 17 local offices. The Dental Hygiene Coach will be responsible for training and supporting dental hygienists, helping them optimize patient care, refine their techniques, and enhance their professional skills. This role combines clinical expertise, coaching, and ongoing development to ensure that our dental teams deliver consistent patient care and maintain the highest standards of practice. Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local anesthesia certification
- CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
