DCA is looking for a knowledgeable, motivational, and proactive Dental Hygiene Coach to join their team and support 18 local dental offices across Maryland. This role involves using clinical expertise and leadership skills to train, mentor, and support dental hygienists, help teams optimize patient care, refine clinical techniques and workflows, encourage professional growth and development, promote consistent, high-quality standards of care, and serve as a clinical resource and motivational leader for hygiene teams.
