Requirements

Dental or medical office experience preferred, with front-desk experience strongly valued
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and comfortable learning and using computers and dental software
A proactive team player who takes ownership of daily responsibilities
Willingness to work at both of our Mount Pleasant locations (29464 & 29466)
Positive, upbeat attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
A genuine love for working with children and creating a great experience for families

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the daily patient schedule to support efficient clinical flow
Coordinate patient check-in and check-out with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Answer a multi-line phone system with accuracy, urgency, and excellent phone etiquette
Register patients, verify and update insurance information, and assist with coverage questions or issues
Make schedule adjustments, manage cancellations, and respond to last-minute changes to maintain productivity
Serve as a key communication link between the clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow running smoothly
Create a welcoming, positive experience for every child and family
Work collaboratively with your teammates and jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
