About The Position

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active or able to obtain an unrestricted dental license in Arizona
Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience
3 years prior leadership experience
Must have or be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of dental providers and support staff
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous quality improvement
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate dental staff
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion of services
Maintain a limited patient caseload as needed
Oversee risk management, infection control, and peer review processes
