About The Position

Founded in 1970 as South Philadelphia Health Action and subsequently incorporated as Greater Philadelphia Health Action, GPHA is a non-profit healthcare organization with a commitment to provide compassionate and affordable healthcare services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. GPHA is one of the largest Dental providers in Philadelphia and Tri-state area. We are presently seeking Dental Customer Service Representatives for Saturdays only.

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Customer service experience (at least one year preferred)
  • Dental front desk experience preferred
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • CPR Certification required or can be provided
  • Ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and languages effectively to obtain necessary information
