About The Position

We are launching a brand-new Anytime Dental Clinic in Etobicoke, ON, and are looking for a driven, experienced Dental Clinic Manager to take ownership, lead a team, and help shape the success of a new practice from day one. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and wants to grow, lead, and make a real impact. The role involves hands-on training at a sister clinic, including 1–2 months as a Concierge, to gain a deep understanding of patient experience and operations before stepping into leadership. The Clinic Manager will be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dental clinic management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
• Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
• High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions
• Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
• Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Train and support team members on systems and software (including Recall Max)
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture
