About The Position

Smile Brands is seeking a Dental Assistant to work closely with a dentist and help provide patient care in an environment focused on personal and professional growth. The role includes clinical assisting, patient education, maintaining records and supplies, and supporting front-office tasks when needed. The practice emphasizes its core values of Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. Candidates must have CPR or BLS certification to be hired.

Requirements

• CPR or BLS certification is required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and helping ensure patient comfort.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as required.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Assist with front-office tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments, if needed.
