About The Position
Fountain Plaza Family Dental, supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant in Elk Grove, California. The role supports clinical care and helps create a positive experience for patients and the team. The Dental Assistant assists the dentist during procedures, prepares and sterilizes rooms and instruments, takes digital x-rays, maintains patient records, educates patients on post-operative care and oral health, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with pay of $20–$24 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements
- California RDA license or at least 3 years of Dental Assistant experience.
- Radiology certification.
- CPR certification.
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
- Team-first mindset and strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental software such as Open Dental or similar.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures.
