About The Position

Fountain Plaza Family Dental, supported by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking an upbeat, dependable, and team-oriented Dental Assistant in Elk Grove, California. The role supports the dentist during clinical procedures and helps maintain efficient, patient-centered care. The Dental Assistant prepares and sterilizes rooms and instruments, takes digital x-rays, maintains accurate patient records, and educates patients about post-operative care and oral health maintenance. The position also contributes to a smooth daily workflow and a positive experience for patients and colleagues.

Requirements

• A California RDA license or at least 3 years of Dental Assistant experience.
• Radiology certification.
• CPR certification.
• A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
• A team-first mindset and strong communication skills.

• Experience with dental software such as Open Dental or similar.
