Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure equipment is ready for dentists.
- Apply knowledge of general mouth anatomy and dental terminology.
- Understand crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants.
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs.
- Take and process patient X-rays.
- Perform lab tasks as instructed.
- Greet arriving patients and schedule appointments.
- Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures.
- Communicate oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
- Handle general administrative tasks and other duties to maintain the dental practice.
