About The Position

Cavanaugh Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team, so each of us is cross-trained to help in every department. If you have a positive attitude, love dentistry, and enjoy working with fun professionals, we would consider you to join our team!

Requirements

X-Ray certification in the state of Michigan is preferred
Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
High school graduate or equivalent
Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
CPR certification
Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
Integrity-focused work ethic
Team-player attitude
Ability to multitask
Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction, and feedback
