Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) – Toronto, ON You do more than assist procedures. You calm fears, build trust, and help patients smile with confidence. We're looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) with 2+ years of dental assisting experience who takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience and enjoys working with modern technology, including the iTero Scanner. Requirements

Certified Dental Assistant (Level II) designation
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
Experience using an iTero Scanner
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental software and digital workflows is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient experiences with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
Prepare patients for treatment and help them feel comfortable and cared for.
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures.
Capture digital scans using the iTero Scanner.
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
Sterilize and organize instruments while maintaining strict infection control standards.
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized clinical environment.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Support scheduling, charting, and patient record management.
Process administrative tasks including insurance claims and billing as needed.
Respond confidently during dental emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
Stay current with new dental technologies and clinical procedures through continuing education.
