About The Position
Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice that brings care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings. The Dental Assistant leads the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and plays a hands-on role in delivering care to patients throughout the greater Kansas City area. The position pays $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience, with incentive pay tied to team growth, plus equity. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of dental assistant experience.
- Active state-level Dental Assistant certification.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be age 25 or older.
- Comfort working in patients' homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures.
- Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization.
- Educate patients and their families on care and next steps.
- Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule.
