We are looking for an experienced chairside Dental Assistant who is reliable, takes pride in their work, and helps patients and teammates. This hands-on, in-person role supports general and restorative procedures and also helps patients understand recommended treatment, costs, and financing options, and ensures they are scheduled for follow-up care. The office operates on full schedules, and each clinical team member contributes to keeping care and schedules on track. The role requires dependable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift, focused patient care, a positive and professional attitude, teamwork, confidence discussing costs, ownership of scheduling and follow-up, and a professional appearance. Physical requirements include extended sitting or standing, frequent bending and reaching, repetitive fine-motor work, close-range vision and hearing, clear communication, moving between work areas, and lifting supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds. The work involves exposure to blood, saliva, radiation, disinfectants, and dental materials, and requires use of protective equipment and safety protocols. The hiring process includes a phone screen and an in-office working interview. The employer contacts prior employers for references, including questions about attendance, dependability, and teamwork; candidates should provide at least two supervisor references. Offers depend on satisfactory reference and background checks. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
