The position requires regular, predictable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift, professional and respectful communication, a team-first attitude, and strong personal presentation and hygiene. Physical requirements include extended chairside sitting or standing, repetitive and fine-motor movements, movement between office areas, lifting supplies and equipment up to 25 pounds, and working with exposure to blood, saliva, radiation, disinfectants, and dental materials while following safety protocols.

  • Reliable, predictable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift.
  • Professional, respectful communication and a positive attitude on busy days.
  • Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Comfort discussing costs clearly and confidently, without pressuring patients or avoiding the conversation.
