Dental Assistant Pediatric Dentistry of Hamburg | Lexington, KY Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Looking for a career where you can make a difference every day? We're currently seeking an energetic and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication, Computer, and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in organizing
• High school diploma/GED
• X-Ray Certification

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience as a dental assistant
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus
• Additional certification or training is an asset

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist during procedures
• Processing lab work for the dentist
• Advising patients on recommended oral hygiene
• Updating and maintaining dental records
