About The Position

Gentle Dental Springfield is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to support the dental team and help provide a positive patient experience. The role involves assisting with dental procedures, helping patients feel comfortable, supporting the doctor, keeping the schedule moving, anticipating what needs to happen next, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. The position offers opportunities to learn, develop skills, and grow a career in dentistry. The work location is 227 Q Street, Springfield, OR 97477. Pay is $24.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program.
• Valid healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification.
• Kind, patient-focused, and a strong communicator.

• Motivated to continue learning and growing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous dental assisting experience.
• EFDA certification.
• X-ray certification.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), when applicable.
