As a patient and clinician advocate, you will contribute to the Perfect Patient Experience® by assisting the dentist with treatment, helping maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment, and completing imaging when directed by the dentist. The position requires sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment to the best possible treatment with urgency.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable.
Complete X-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate and at the direction of the dentist.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines.
Maintain compliance with applicable state, federal, and other regulations and policies, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, and HR policies and practices.
