About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant for its Santa Rosa office. The role supports the company’s focus on accessible, integrated oral healthcare and exceptional patient care. The posting lists a full-time schedule and pay of $21.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Completion of a board-approved 8-hour infection control course.
- Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program.
- Valid health care provider CPR/BLS certificate.
Nice To Haves

- X-ray certification may increase starting pay.
- Bilingual Spanish skills may increase starting pay.
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) qualification when applicable may increase starting pay.
