About The Position

Our Best Life Companies is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to work alongside experienced dental professionals in a supportive, patient-focused environment. The role includes supporting patients and the dentist during visits and procedures while following established safety, regulatory, infection-control, and office procedures. Compensation is structured to reflect differing qualifications and responsibilities between Registered Dental Assistants and Dental Assistants. The stated salary range is $18–$21.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current X-Ray license.
Active Dental Assistant License.
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare patients for treatments and examinations and help ensure their comfort throughout the visit.
Select, organize, and set up instruments, equipment, and materials required for procedures.
Sterilize and maintain instruments in accordance with established safety and regulatory standards.
Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting as needed.
Follow infection-control protocols and office procedures.
