About The Position
Robinwood Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support our busy general dentistry practice. The Dental Assistant plays a key role in providing an organized, efficient, and welcoming experience for patients while supporting clinical operations and delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive presence in the workplace
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others as needed
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Dental Radiology Certification (or willingness to enroll in a radiology course)
- Qualified Dental Assistant licensure, or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
Responsibilities
- Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after patient appointments
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Complete patient documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Discuss treatment plans and follow-up care with patients
- Attend team and office meetings as required
- Collaborate effectively with dental team members to ensure excellent patient care and efficient daily operations
- Maintain positive working relationships with patients and colleagues
