About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a Dental Assistant for Van Buren Dental in Kettering, Ohio. The role focuses on providing compassionate patient care, supporting dentists during procedures, and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits. The practice uses modern dental technology in a supportive environment that emphasizes health over sales and does not pressure employees with production quotas. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. Requirements

Prior dental assisting experience or education is required.
Hold any certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.
Provide a resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits.
Assist with a variety of dental procedures.
Take digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment while maintaining strict infection control.
Sanitize and prepare operatories for treatments.
Follow OSHA and safety policies.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
Perform office tasks as necessary.
