About The Position
Lakeshore Family Dentistry is seeking a passionate Dental Assistant to join their growing team in Glendale, WI. The role involves onboarding, assistant development, a mentor system, monthly team meetings with the owner doctor, defined career growth paths with increasing pay tiers, clinical autonomy, and business support with guaranteed hours. The practice offers a flexible 3-4 day workweek with options for full or half days, and shifts available between 7 am and 7 pm.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 yr related experience

Responsibilities
- Set-up and breakdown treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist Clinical Team members in delivering Patient care
- Caring for Patient as is family - communication & education
- Being Intuitive to needs of practice on daily basis, and taking Initiative
