About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an entry-level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification is required. The role includes paid, hands-on training through a partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), with a pathway toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). The Dental Assistant works alongside a dental team to support treatment procedures, patient care, infection control, charting, and office operations.

The position is full-time, with schedules varying by independently owned and operated location. Part-time and flexible scheduling may also be available. The advertised salary is $15–$17 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and break down the operatory after treatment.
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Support doctors with patient charting.
• Perform office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide patient care.
