About The Position
A friendly, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join its close-knit team. The role involves working alongside a dentist to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The practice is also seeking a Front Desk employee. The Dental Assistant will support the treatment team and help provide a seamless, positive patient experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay of $24–$30 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Completion of a Dental Assistant program or equivalent education.
- Experience in surgical assisting, particularly with all-on-4s and implants.
- Proficiency in taking and developing dental X-rays and scans.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Support the clinical team in maintaining high standards of care.
- Help create a calm, welcoming, and patient-centered environment.
- Assist with digital radiographs, charting, and clinical documentation as needed.
