About The Position

Northern Colorado Endodontics is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to support providers during treatment, deliver outstanding patient care, and contribute to the efficiency of the practice. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, from 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. The role includes providing chair-side clinical support, taking dental X-rays, maintaining patient records, sterilizing equipment and operatories, and helping patients understand oral hygiene and post-treatment care. The Dental Assistant is expected to follow infection-control protocols, protect patient confidentiality, and comply with workplace regulations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

Provide chair-side clinical support to doctors by assisting with treatment, charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup.
Deliver a superior patient experience throughout each appointment.
Take dental X-rays.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
Welcome, comfort, and educate patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Follow infection-control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with workplace regulations.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
