About The Position
Eastern Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant for Eastern Dental of Old Bridge LLC in Parlin, New Jersey. The company has provided full-service dental care for more than 50 years, serving patients from children to seniors. The Dental Assistant supports patient care and the dental team by welcoming patients, responding to questions and concerns, charting, taking digital X-rays, and providing chairside assistance. Previous dental assistant experience and a New Jersey Dental X-Ray License are required. Experience with Denticon is preferred.
Requirements
- Previous dental assistant experience.
- New Jersey Dental X-Ray License.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and departure.
- Respond to patient questions and concerns, escalating them when needed.
- Chart patient information.
- Take patients’ digital X-rays.
- Provide chairside dental assistance.
- Perform other tasks as necessary.
