About The Position
Family Dental LLC is seeking dental professionals who are passionate about providing healthcare. The Dental Assistant is an integral part of dental healthcare operations and supports dentists and patients through chairside assistance, oral radiology, instrument and operatory sterilization, and patient engagement. The role is suited to someone who values their skills as a certified and licensed Dental Assistant or Oral Radiology Technician. The position offers opportunities to learn from dentists who graduated from universities and dentistry programs across the nation, as well as potential advancement to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer. Requirements
- State Board-issued Dental Assistant or Radiology license.
Nice To Haves
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address patient concerns about treatment plans.
- Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging patients’ questions or concerns.
- Ensure quality service is always provided.
