About The Position

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc. (BMRHC) is hiring two full-time Dental Assistants at its dental clinic in Yellville, Arkansas. Previous dental assisting experience is not required; on-the-job training and guidance are available to help the right candidate develop the skills and certifications needed for the role. The Dental Assistant will work alongside a supportive healthcare team and directly with patients while helping serve the community. Previous dental assisting experience and a current RDA license are preferred, but training to obtain RDA licensure may be provided. Applicants must provide at least two letters of reference from previous employers.

For the right candidate, BMRHC may provide on-the-job training toward RDA licensure and certifications in CPR, nitrous oxide, prophy, and X-ray. This is designated as a safety-sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Employees in the role are subject to drug and alcohol testing under company policy and applicable state law; prohibited substance use or misuse may result in ineligibility for hire or removal from the position.
