About The Position
The Dental Assistant will join a specialty prosthodontic practice in a modern, patient-focused office. This role supports the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures, helps maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and contributes to outstanding patient care and a positive team culture. The schedule is part-time, Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation is $30–$32 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certification.
- At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience.
- Strong communication skills and an excellent chairside manner.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Surgical assisting experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
- Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical procedures.
- Deliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatment.
- Support daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team culture.
