About The Position

Family Smiles LLC is seeking passionate and certified Dental Assistants to join their Central clinic. Dental Assistants are crucial to the success of dental healthcare operations. This role involves providing chairside assistance, operating radiology equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sterilization, and engaging with patients regarding treatment plans and concerns.

Requirements

• State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license
• Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification
• Full time availability

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Candidates in progress of obtaining their DANB certification are also welcome to apply as an OJT, provided you are able to receive certification within 90 days of hire!

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.
