About The Position
Rancho San Diego Dentists is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join a PDS Health® supported practice. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist in providing quality care using modern technology and contribute to the team’s goal of creating the Perfect Patient Experience™. The role is suited to someone with a proactive, can-do attitude, a strong sense of ownership and integrity, an interest in developing their skills, and a desire to grow with the practice long-term.
Requirements
- Necessary industry certifications and education.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, technical skills, and equipment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
