Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patients
- Take X-rays as needed
- Support patient comfort and help create a positive experience
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Review treatment needs and communicate clearly with the team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly
- Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front desk team members
