We are looking for an experienced chairside Dental Assistant who is reliable, takes pride in the work, and contributes to a positive experience for patients and teammates. This hands-on, in-person role supports general and restorative procedures and also helps patients understand treatment recommendations and costs, arrange payment or financing, and schedule follow-up care before leaving. The offices operate with full schedules, and the clinical team helps maintain them through appointment confirmations, filling openings, following up on unscheduled treatment, and coordinating with the front desk. The role requires predictable, on-time attendance for the full scheduled shift, professional and attentive patient care, a positive attitude, teamwork, comfort discussing treatment costs, and ownership of the provider’s schedule. Professional hygiene, grooming, and clean scrubs are expected each shift. Physical requirements include extended sitting or standing in a chairside position; repeated bending, leaning, twisting, and reaching; fine motor control and repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements; close-range vision and hearing; clear speech; lifting and moving supplies and equipment up to 25 pounds; and moving quickly between work areas. The role involves wearing protective equipment throughout the shift and exposure to blood, saliva, radiation, disinfectants, and dental materials while following safety protocols. These requirements must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The hiring process includes a phone screen, an in-office working interview, references from prior employers (including at least two supervisor references), and satisfactory reference and background checks. New team members complete a 90-day introductory period.
