About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an entry-level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification is required to apply. The role includes paid, hands-on training through Aspen’s partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), with a path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). Dental Assistants work with the dental team to support patient care and daily practice operations. Training is also provided for required radiology and safety certification. Schedule availability varies by independently owned and operated location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and break down the operatory after treatment.
• Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide patient care.
