About The Position
Elite Dental LLC is hiring a Dental Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role supports dentists and dental healthcare operations through chairside assistance, operation of oral radiology equipment, and sterilization and cleaning of tools and treatment areas. The Dental Assistant also supports patients by explaining treatment plans, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing attentive, high-quality service. The position offers opportunities to learn from dentists and advance to Lead Dental Assistant or Lead Regional Trainer. Requirements
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address patients’ concerns regarding treatment plans.
- Acknowledge patient questions and concerns and provide engaging service.
- Ensure quality service is consistently provided.
